At Milltown House we love sharing our home-cooking with our cherished guests so we organise weekly Irish bread making classes hosted by our Manager (and qualified pastry chef) Deirdra McPhilemy. The smells and sounds coming from a traditional Irish kitchen during bread-making are one of the finest Irish memories for visitors and locals alike.

Deirdra has just begun another fun bread-making class for our guests from Rick Steves Tours… Our kitchen is a haze of flour and the sweet smells of blueberry scones are wafting through the corridors and rooms of Milltown House #ricksteveseurope #ricksteves #ireland #irishbread #foodietown #dingle
